Paula Abdul

While many of Abdul's better-known videos are included on Straight Up, this latest effort takes her union with the video medium one step further. Abdul delves into the fields of animation and BIG-TV on videos such as "Opposites Attract" and "The Promise of a New Day" to create a compilation which, coupled with her trademark dancing talents, is both eye-catching and enjoyable to view. However, it is exactly these video effects which take center stage and subsequently leave Abdul further relegated to the background.
