Just about every major female pop singer imaginable—okay, not everyone; Britney isn't involved—has signed on for "Just Stand Up," a charity single that benefits cancer research and coincides with September 5's "Stand Up For Cancer" special on ABC, CBS and NBC. Among the vocalists on the Babyface/Antonio "L.A." Reid-produced tune: Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Beyoncé, Sheryl Crow, Ashanti, LeAnn Rimes and nine others.
