They had instant screen chemistry in the indie smash My Big Fat Greek Wedding, so it makes perfect sense that Nia Vardalos and former Sex and the City hunk John Corbett would reunite for another go at it. The pair will again join forces for the romantic comedy I Hate Valentine's Day.

In the flick, Vardalos will portray a florist who persuades a reluctant restaurateur, played by Corbett, to date her without getting into a traditional relationship, in a bit of a twist on the classic "no strings attached" scenario. Vardalos wrote the film and it will be her feature film directorial debut. Production begins on June 23. If you hate Valentine's Day and think it's a stupid Hallmark holiday, then this is the film for you.

Are Vardalos and Corbett the Doris Day and Rock Hudson of their generation? If this new film is as big a hit as their previous effort, the answer could very well be a resounding "Yes!"
